Romania, the Land of the Sheep!

When Ms. McCaulley told us we had to write a brochure on a destination, I knew mine instantly.
I've done every "country" project since fifth grade over Romania.
Pretty much ever since my grandma and grandpa came to stay and Grandma told us her whole life story.
Her father was an immigrant from Romania, and ever since she told us about his life, I've always wanted to go. It has beautiful mountains and large, expansive country. And within the country roam the sheep. I find sheep really peaceful... it probably stems from back when I was a kid and we would throw corn at my grandma's sheep to "feed" them. Anyway, although it doesn't sound like a tropical getaway, Romania also has beaches. Much of it's borderline is on the shore of the Black Sea, which is a beautiful vacation spot in the summer months. Everyone always forgets about Romania when they think of Europe, kind of like when people say "America" they don't instantly think of Iowa. But that might be a blessing in disguise; my dad says Iowa's beauty is our best-kept secret.
So, yeah. Romania.
Land of mountains, beaches...
and sheep. :)
Till' next time, Computer Lit. people!
love,
Bailey
